Sanchong District

Located in the rapidly evolving Sanchong District of New Taipei City, this new development represents the modern face of residential and urban planning. For the exterior pathways and communal open spaces, the project required a material that would offer a luxurious, high-end feel while being tough enough to endure the high foot traffic and tropical weather conditions of the region. The architects selected the Altra Pietra collection from STONE NV in the iconic Colosseo color.

The Colosseo finish provides a sophisticated travertine aesthetic, bringing the warmth and prestige of classical Italian stone to New Taipei City’s contemporary architecture. Unlike traditional natural stone, this ceramic solution is engineered for peak performance in humid environments. It is non-porous and frost-resistant, ensuring that the surfaces remain free from water stains, moss, and algae growth. Furthermore, its high slip resistance provides essential safety for residents during the rainy season.
